【 Participation Instructions 】carefully.
 

1. Remember to bring Identity documents for check-in.

 - Please bring along your (ID card / Birth Cert / Passport) (a copy is acceptable) and have your entry no. Ready for registration.

 - All contestants' WhatsApp confirmation messages are required.

 

2. Each team must check-in and confirm the attendance list.

 

3. Please arrive at the designated competition venue to check in with "Registration Time" on the schedule.​

 

4. Latecomers may be disqualified and will not be rematched.

 

5. The competition will be available to spectators. Ticketing details will be announced later.

 

6. Smoking is prohibited.

 

7. All contestants must wait in a backstage area after entering the venue.

 

8. Two helpers (including a dance teacher or parent) are allowed for the Junior Kid Team. One helper is allowed for the Open Team. All contestants and helpers must be waiting in a backstage area.
 

​​9. All teams will be deemed to have given up if they are late or absent on the day of competition and will not be rematched, and the fee will not be refunded.​

 

10. All contestants and helpers must have "K-WAVE FESTA PASS" when entering and leaving the venue and backstage. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter.

 

11. Photo-taking or video recording is allowed during the competition.

 

12. If the competition is affected due to negligence, the contestant must have self-responsibility.

 

13. Any personal reasons that affect the competition, such as lack of registration documents, music files, late arrivals, etc., must be borne by the contestants.
 

14. No storage for any personal belongings inside the changing room & backstage. Please remove all belongings or props after your performance. The committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage. With the limited space, we recommend all contestants have their costumes on and make-up before the competition starts.

 

15. Anyone who participates on behalf of another or pretends to be an identity will be disqualified and notified to all contestants' units once discovered.

 

16. Do not interfere with the judges during the competition. Violators will be asked to leave immediately and will be disqualified.

 ​

17.  Suppose any team fails to meet the competition judging criteria. In that case, the competition fails to meet the minimum team requirement. If any other reason causes insufficient teams in a category, that category will be cancelled.

18. Instant scores for each competition section. Prizes will be awarded immediately in the competition, and the judges may give comments, or The organizer will arrange it.

 ​

19. No result appeal mechanism, Prizes will be awarded immediately in the competition. The results will be published on the official website as the final record.

20. The Judges are fair, impartial, and unbiased. The contestant must respect the result without any judgment.

Please provide complete information, such as the team name. The organizer will conduct further review and reply within 30-45 days. Otherwise, it will be rejected.

This instruction is written in both English and Chinese. If there is any conflict in meaning, the English version shall prevail.

Partake Group Ltd. reserves the right of final decision on all arrangements.
