2-3 dancers per item: HK$280/person
4-7 dancers per item: HK$250/person
8 or above dancers per item: HK$220/person
- Contestants can participate in more than one item, registration fees are calculated per item, which must be specified when registering

IV) FINAL COMPETITION MUSIC

Music Must not exceed 3 minutes in length
OPEN TEAMS - GROUP
Music Must not exceed 4 minutes in length
- All music must be uploaded before the deadline specified.
- Deadline for music upload: June 16, 2024, 23:59
- Changes or late uploads after June 16, 2024, will incur an administrative fee of HK$100 per change.
- No changes are allowed after June 23, 2024, 23:59.
- Use of offensive or inappropriate language is prohibited.
- Music formats accepted: MP3 or WAV, uploaded via Partake Group's official website.
- If the music exceeds the time limit, the conference will not broadcast the music part that exceeds the time limit.
V) COSTUMES & PROPS
Contestants are prohibited from wearing or using costumes or props that may harm other contestants or the competition venue facilities, and overly revealing attire is not recommended.
All props must be flame-resistant and undergo approval procedures. Contestants must submit and obtain approval for all performance props from the Partake Group Ltd. team before June 16, 2024, 23:59. Subsequently, they are deemed to have been submitted late and will not be allowed on stage. Please send photos and details of props to info@partake-group.com.
Any props not approved before the event will not be allowed on stage. If contestants cause damage to the competition venue facilities, Partake Group Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action.
VI) REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Registration Process
1. Visit Partake Group's official website, and registration will be accepted online only.
2. Contestants who successfully register will receive a confirmation email. If the contestants do not receive an email inbox or spam, please contact us immediately via www.partake-group.com Partake's Official Website.
3. All teams must fill in all the information that is correct and true
- All contestants aged 18 or above must sign the [Disclaimer & Participant Agreement]
- If the contestant is under 18 as of June 29, 2024, their parent or guardian must sign the [Parental or Guardian Declaration of Consent]
4. Each category has a limited number of contestants. Upon successful registration and full payment, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Contestants can participate in more than one item. Registration fees are calculated per item, and this should be specified during registration.
6. The deadline for submitting the registration form and full payment is June 2, 2024, 23:59 via www.partake-group.com Partake's Official Website. Submit proof of payment for the registration fee.
7. Upon receiving the confirmation email, verify that all information is correct.
8. All teams must go through the preliminary competition with a 2-minute video to select outstanding teams for the final competition.
9. The finalists list is expected to be announced in mid-June 2024.
10. All participating teams in the preliminary competition will receive one electronic certificate bearing their team name as a participation or award. Contestants can also request additional customized printed certificates, trophies, or medals bearing their names.
11. Applications for customized printing must be submitted via Whatsapp before June 15, 2024, 23:59, the deadline for ordering. The contestants will bear Shipping fees.
12. The ordered awards will be shipped via SF Express on a collect-on-delivery basis approximately two months after the deadline. Shipping is limited to Hong Kong only.
13.Partake Group Ltd. may revoke the participation of any team that fails to submit the participation fee and required documents by the deadline.
14. Once registered, withdrawal midway will not result in a fee transfer or refund.
15. In case of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or a Red Rainstorm Warning on the competition day, the event will be postponed or cancelled.
16. An administration fee of HK$100 is required for each change or late change.
17. All contestants' names must be listed in the registration form. Team members cannot be changed or added on competition day.
